Privacy Policy

What is this?

This is Notakuy's privacy policy. It covers what we collect, who processes it, and what your rights are. We wrote it in plain language so it is easy to understand.

Who we are

Notakuy is run by Farid Inawan. On this page, “we” means that operator.

Your data is yours

All data is yours. We keep it in our Google Drive so it can be shared with your group, and we delete it whenever you ask.

What we collect

• Messages you send to the Notakuy Agent or that mention it.
• Receipt photos and PDFs.
• Data read from receipts: date, vendor, address, tax ID (NPWP), items, and amounts.
• Your name, chat account ID, and phone number.
• The trip group's name.
• The Google email you verify.

The website itself collects nothing.

Who processes it

• The chat provider (WhatsApp or Telegram), which carries messages and files.
• The server that runs the Notakuy Agent.
• An AI model provider, which reads messages and receipts to fill in the recap.
• Google: Drive and Sheets for the archive, Gmail only to send the verification code.
• Verified members of the trip group. They can edit the group folder.

Your rights

To delete a nota, just ask in the chat. The Notakuy Agent shows what will be removed and asks you to confirm first.

For anything else, such as your data, a group's data, or the email you verified, email us at frdteknikelektro@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

Security

• All connections use HTTPS.
• A group folder is shared only with verified members.
• The main archive folder is never shared.

Cookies

None, apart from your light or dark theme choice stored in your browser.

Age

Notakuy is for adults (18 and over).

Changes

We post changes on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Big changes are also announced through the Notakuy Agent's chat.
